Ruby Eileen Gonzalez Serrano
Born in Bayamón, PR, she studied Accounting and Finance at the Interamerican University of Puerto Rico, San Germán campus. A natural businesswoman, she has had her Real Estate office since 1999 in Cabo Rojo, Ruby REALTY where Ivancito also worked as a broker. It has SFR, e-PRO, PSA, MRP, SRS and AHWD certifications and designations. His passions: philanthropy, good wine and fresh air.

Enrique Anibal Morales Iturrino
Born in San Juan, PR, with a bachelor’s degree in Aerospace Engineering with a concentration in Economics from the University of Cambridge, Massachusetts. He has experience in construction, restaurants and currently has his own real estate company, Divine Properties powered by EXP. It is IRES and SFR certified. His passions include reading, going to the beach, wine tasting and fine dining.
Nilda E. Perez
Secretary
Born in Ponce, PR, with a bachelor’s degree in Finance and a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Accounting. He has experience in cost analysis, accounting, PP&E and medical billing. He currently has his real estate company, Villa Córsica in Ponce, PR. He holds BBA, MBA, C2EX, SFR, e PRO®, REALTOR® certifications. His passions include sharing with family and friends, enjoying good music, especially at bohemias or concerts. Great interest in helping others.
